The service area and minimum order are confirmed in the request. Out-of-town visits have a separate rate.

Either the client, or per the estimate agreed beforehand. No hidden extras are added after work starts.
How is the work signed off?
Using a checklist and photos. Issues within the scope are fixed before the balance is paid.
